n gage error kern-exec 3(need new firmware)

hi when i play video on n gage, my phone crash
the error is kern exec 3.
where can i download the firmware and how i have to install it ???
please help !!!! :frown:

have you tried to just format your n-gage with the *#7370# code?
!beware! This code will erase everything on ur phone memory!(not on the MMC)
