I try with *#7370# but then the phone wants the "protection code"?

is there a solution for a new firmware?

Maybe your phone was somehow altered by or for your carrier. You can always try the default security code: 1 2 3 4 5; if that fails, try 1 2 3 4.

Have you tried calling Nokia? Their technical support can sometimes be quite helpful. :call:
