have you installed the nokia software in your pc yet? If so, all you need to do is sync them ( either through bluetooth or if you have a mmc card reader, which is more convenient). save everything in your HD and you can then copy them to your new mmc card.
on the subject of sync ing, get 6.41 nokia suite from the web, the one that came with my phone 6.2 sucked at bluetooth, it fought with microsoft pairing...
6.41 still does, but then i use a BToes dongle... way i get it to work is un pair it and leave it un-authorised so that the connection forces an ask to authenticate... a pain but its only way i dont get the annoying error. Why it cant work out its authorised and paired.. i have no idea
on the subject of memory i am using a 128mb pny card, works fine.

I'd upgraded my 32MB to 64MB recently. Before that, I copied all the files/folders from the 32MB into my notebook using memory card reader, then copy it over to the new 64MB
