I just discovered this site, and after reading your topics, I realizad that i have most of the problems you described in. Let's see
Delay in the beep after receiving a message.
Back light inside changes intensity without an order from me.
Unable to refresh the last calls in the Phone display, only after 30/60 sec.
"Out of memory" "memory error" displays at an average of once a day...so I have to reboot the system extracting the battery...
Dual ring tones happens more than desirable, also when I begin to talk the signal keeps on sounding.
In general, as a former user of one 9000 and two 9110/9110i, I consider that the OS 3.54 that I have in my comm is not as stable (while simple) as the one in the 9110.
So the question is do you think that is necessary to change to any newer OS version (I mean 3.62/4.11,...)? or do you think that the related problems -or other new- will keep on ennoying me?
Just as a curious data I sent an email to Nokia one month ago, relating all these problems...and nowadays I still have no answer. What a pity to have this aftersales service!
