Hello,
Has anyone tried to pair a non-Motorola bluetooth headset with the A1000? I have Sony Ericsson headsets. I can't get the HBH-200 to pair with the A1000.
I'm not sure whether it's the limited compatibility of the HBH-200 (it's not fully compatible with P800/P900), or the A1000 just doesnt pair well with non-Motorola headsets.
I've got no problem pairing the HBH-200 with the A1000 but the problem came when I tried calling. Seems like the A1000 automatically disconnect the link with the HBH-200. 😡 I've written to Motorola and hopefully they will have some answers for that.
There should not be any compatibility issue between these two product but guess I'm not the only one with this problem.. Anyone out there who had the same problem and managed to solve it?? Need that answer desperately. Thanks, :icon14:
that's exactly what my problem was. I guess I worded it incorrectly. Pairing the headset w/ the A1000 was not a problem. But when I make a phone call, the connection drops. I have never had any successful calls made with the HBH-200.
I'm thinking it's probably not compatible with A1000. If you recall, when they rolled out the HBH-200, they added that full functionality of the headset is not available with P800/P900. Must be an issue between HBH-200 and smartphones.
