How do I backup my MMC?

I have a 16MB MMC. I just bought a new, 128MB one. What program do i need to backup everything on it and transfer it to my new one? I can't seem to do it with Nokia PC suite.

Its easy if you have a card reader, where u just stick it in and copy all the contents. Unplug. Then stick in the New MMC and copy the files all back to the bigger one. 😃
