friends guide me

I ve got a new 6630 but i don t know how 2 convert videos from the regular CDs and i ve got a few s/wares but again i don t know about jar & jad files (their diff & how 2 install both as both are existing in a few of the s/w) what to do?can any of my friends guide me for these 2 things

JAR files are Java files you can easily install them by pressing on them.
JAD files are very small files just showing the place of the JAR file on the web. Just like Windows Shortcuts or URLs.

You can try Nokia Multimedia Converter from forum.nokia.com to convert the files.
Or an alternative, use SmartMovie.
