I just wont to now if any one of you knows something about new firmwear releases.
Im just getting thierd of missing calls. ( in my sendo X I get missing calls when I play Mp3 music, when I rum some symbian applications, and about a weak a go I discover that I also get missing calls when the phone its on stand by).
Also when I play java games the phone crushes, give me errors (now application error and will be closed)(note bock error and will be closed)
Another thing the icon that shows the streng of signal from operator its always on maximum even when the phone doesnt capt the signal from operator.

FOR ALL THAT SENDO X ITS A FRAUD 😮 :icon13: :icon13: :icon4: 😡

Thanks any way but in the moment my problem isn't Mp3, but the MISSING CALLS whem the phone is in stand by.
My friends, and I also tested said that many times they call me and a OPERATOR said THE PHONE IS NOT CONECTED. But in fact the phone are conected. I also check for background aplications, but its eberything closed.

PLEASE SOME HEELP

Have you actually read that thread?

The advice is to change the phone to use manual band selection (Extras->Settings->Network settings->Network Band selection). You'll probably want to set it to 900/1800.

If you do that and still have problems missing calls, I'm sure Stu would be more interested.

Hi cfodesign,

I had exactly the same problem and like you missed the other thread since it spoke about the MP3 player, which I never use. However, if you follow the thread to the end, you will see that there is a suggestion, as Pelwell mentioned, that these problems could be solved by putting the phone on manual frequency selection. In my case, it solved my problem straight away.

A suggestion to whoever is lucky enough to be the moderator here: Can we put a sticky thread up about this? I think a lot of people are very annoyed by having a phone which doesn't receive phone calls, and are missing the information in the thread mentioned by Stuclark since it talks about the MP3 player.

Cheers,

Dave

Thanks "pelwell" and "loa", but my phone is on manual band selection 900/1800. About 5 weeks ago.
Obs.: I'm registered in this forum just a few days ago but I have the X on October (since the phone get's to the Portuguese stores, in my case FNAC), and since that time (when the problems started) I came to this forum to see what the expert's have to say about.
I already try the SENDO help but they didn't help me, and I stay with the idea that they heaven care about.
