P900 Jogdial problems

I recently had an accident with my P900 that resulted in a smashed screen. I sent it back to an Insurance company who replaced the screen and all seemed fine until the Jogdial stopped working. Only when you pull the jogdial torwards the screen does anything happen, all other operations fail. Can anyone advise of a way to fix this? 😡

Tried the site but cant understand the language, have tried to view the site in English but doesnt work, any ideas on where i can get another jog dial?

hi that is the same problem i have with my p800 i replaced the fascia and the jog dial dont work only when u press it in how would i fix it or do i have to buy a new 1 thanks
