I am considering a P910 to replace my Pocket PC. There are three critical issues that must work:
1. No. one important thing for me is the ability to schedule meetings with one/more team members while on the road. Is it possible on the P910 to make calendar-entries, link one or more contacts from the contact-list and have these people invited to the meeting this way? I would remote-sync the P910 via the company Exchange Server.
2. Next important issue is to receive meeting-invitations from co-workers in the office while on the road with the P910. Usually with my laptop & Outlook, I receive E-mails with so called "meeting invitations" which I can accept, decline etc. and - upon accepting - will automatically be added to my calendar. Does the P910 allow for the same process?
3. Last but not least, is it possible to add "Ressources" to an invitation (e.g. Meeting Rooms). Ressources in Outlook are available next to the "To", "cc" and "bcc" fields and can thus be simply added to any meeting invitation.
I know this may be a lot of questions - but before I buy a P910 (great machine!) I would like to be sure of these fundamental functions. Thanks anyone!
