I don't think that you cn delete only one number from the list..
But u can use some thrid party software and the number would not be visible in logs..

You can just press 'c' to delete individual log entrys cant you?

You can Delete Number From Dialed, Recived, Missed. But when you go the All Communication Detail Then u have the only Option to Clear Log. And when you Press "c" Button Nohing happenes.
I tried on Nokia 6600, 7610, 6630 rest don't know.

Im sure i used to be able to on my 6600,i haven't got one anymore tho so i cant check.
