The P800 was released yesterday here in Sweden. I really want to buy it but there is one thing that holding me back..will I be able to use msn messenger on the phone?
Can anyone plz tell me this so I know if I can go stright down to the store now 😊

I don't believe there is anything commercially available at present although I know that at least one company has developed one. Its not advertised on their web site yet so I will try and find out when the expect to release it.

I can promise u they are released...maby it�s just sweden then but I have held one in my hand so I�m pretty sure about it 😊...Btw I�m going down to the store to buy one tomorrow 😊.

It�s a pre-commercial product, but anyway 😊
It has only english SW in it. Bought on GlobeCom 2002 in Taiwan for about 2 weeks ago.

IMHO, no warez, cause it's a free resource available with every P800... Just developer packages buyers don't have it...

No its not free, its included in the price of the Phone! Just because it hasn't got a price tag on it doesnt mean its free! If SE wanted to make it freely available they would have it on their site for download!
Maybe it's not free, but the question is: can the software on the disc be used without the P800? If it would be totally useless without it, I wouldn't consider it as warez, since everyone owning a P800 has a certain right to own this software.....
So, is there anything on it that can be used for other purposes than with the P800? :-?
Having a warez version of MS Visual Studio but not using it is still illegal. Anyone who owns a P800 and hasnt got the CDs is not ment to have them and he didnt pay for them. They are never free, you pay for them when you buy the phone. If they were free they would be for download in the SE site like PC Suite from NOKIA.
We dont know if there is software that can be used without the P800 but I dont think that it matters at all!

It isn't a right, it is at SonyEricssons discresion to allow free trade of this software, as you know this wasn't bundled with Pre-Commercial units.
Perhaps the only people can really resolve this is SE.
