Hello guyz. I�ve recently purchased the 6630 and am quite happy with it. But I�ve realised that I cannot use DTMF tones when I�m making a video call.
I�ve tried Nokia�s careline here in Portugal, and they tell me that there must be some problem with the operator (TMN). I�ve tried to ask my network�s customer service, but those clowns tell me it�s a known deficiency on the phone. Is it true..? :con?
If I cannot use DTMF on video calls, amongst others, I cannot use my video mail service, because I cannot even enter my access code to use it.

I have exactly the same problem.
just got my 6630 on Orange in the UK. They say they cant do anything for 24hrs.
also, what apps are installed as standard. thought agile messenger was on.. and how do i format mem card?
Yes I have 6630 on Orange. Tried to leave video voice mail for someone but couldn't press the # key so it wouldn't allow me. Did they say it was something they were going to fix or is it a phone fault?

Well, here in Portugal Nokia Careline does not know about the problem and says its a network problem... idiots!

Isn't it possible during a call, to press the option key and scroll down to "Send DTMF"

I am not sure if this is possible as I have now given my phone back to Orange as they say Nokia are recalling them due to this problem. I am receivng a new phone tonight...I'll let you know how it goes...

I have tried here in Finland, at the DTMF function worked, both in 2G and 3G network. Let me know if anybody else have an issue with this function.

excuse my stupidity, but what is DTMF? and what is its function?
It means Dial Tone MultiFrequency and it's those tones you ear when you press a key! You use it during a call to enter you code in a mailbox, for example.
