I see you have had the 6600 and now the 6630

i have had neither but want the 6630 - the only thing is i want to install tom tom mobile on it which i know runs on the 6600 with a 128 card- but i am desperate to find out if it runs on the 6630
is it true the mmc slot is smaller on the 6630 and if so can you think of a way it would work?
someone on this site has achieved it.

although i have not got tom tom software i understand that it does work on the 6630,however the 6630 uses the reduced size mmc card & currently the max size of 6630 DV RS-MMCs is 65mb and the 6600 has the older larger type card so cannot be swapped.

As a guess you should be able to transfer the app to yr phones memory via cable or bluetooth but u may have a problem if it takes up alot of yr phone memory.

have a look here http://flash.atpinc.com/company/news.php i think the co is about to release larger cap rs mem cards which may work on 6630.

hope this helps
