block anonymous calls program?

hi.. ive been doing some research but i havent found my answer..
can i block anonymous calls ?
if so is this: http://www.symbianware.com/product.php?id=blacklist60 the program im looking for?

PS Nokia 3660 with T-Mobile carrier
