Urgent help needed: 9200 --> 9500

Hi again,

just bought 9500 after have used 9210 for four years.

now i cannot connect 9210 to 9500 to get my data, the infrared connection doesn' work, although each phone can be connected to computer via infrared

before i tried my friend's two Finnish comms (9210 and 9500) in Finnland and now I encounter the same problem here in germany with german ones!

(Of coarse, I could put the memory card of 9210 into the 9500 and coverted it and took calender data and files, but in 9210 I have several databases on the memory card and now I cannot open them on 9500! What to do?)

I'll really apreciate any help!!

It should work. Maybe you have active PC infrared adapter nearby in the range, "catching" your IR communication, with higher priority. If yes, hide it for awhile.
