Hi guys,
Some of you have bought their phones from Vodafone.
Could you please check into your Web menu for the bookmarks preset on your phone to connect to Vodafone services.
When connecting to http://live.vodafone.com I get a page with an Apache server error.
This address is probably wrong.
Thanks a lot.

Hi
I'd expect to see that error if you try to access vodafone live off their network - IE your network is t-mobile or orange, or for some reason voda is not recognising you as being on the voda network.
live.vodafone.com is only accessible for vodafone users.
Try going to http://live.vodafone.com on you PC - do you see the same page??
If yes then there is your answer.

I get the same one. But my contract in France is from SFR (owned by Vodafone). So I believed that the access was free for SFR users with a Multimedia option.
It seems that is not so easy. And they are unable to answer my question at SFR ... :icon13:
Thanks for your help.
Hi there
I'm from Sweden and i have the same problem....now heres what i think:
The phones "live" button is a shortcut to live.vodafone.com and there you see this apache webserver thing...but in Sweden our Live portal has the adress:
wap.vodafonelive.se , so try to get your own countrys unique portal adress (not the live.vodafone.com)
Hope that helps
