What software for cropping pictures on the phone?

I am just about to recieve a Nokia medallion, and they use a square screen, I have to up load pictures to it using IR on my phone. The medallion uses smart cropping if the picture is not square, but what can I use if I want to choose the area to be used myself? i.e. take a photo, crop the size and then upload it.
