I am using Windows XP Professional (2002) with Service Pack 2 and Microsoft Office 10 (2002) with an Outlook update file (5.0.2919.6304)
I have installed pc suite for P900 (2.3.0) and have set up the sync settings.
I am able to send images, movies etc to my P900 but when i try to sync my contacts with Outlook the sync dialogue box comes up on my monitor then I get a fatal exception.
I then downloaded pc suite 3.1.1 from the Sony Erricson website.
When installed i can again send images, movies etc to the P900 but when i try to sync with Outlook nothing happens at all (not even the fatal exception or sync dialogue box).
I have completely reinstalled Office and the P900 software but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone help as I'm going a little crazy...... 😮
🙄 Can anyone who has done this successfully let me know which versions of PC suite and Outlook i should be using and if i should install any updates. Maybe there is a basic system requirement? 😃
