HELP with Nokia 3650, no network detected

Hi, I had to reset my 3650, and now when I put my SIM chip in, it looks to connect then does nothing , when I try and call out, it says no network connection?

Did I deleate something by RESETTING? What do I do now?

When I type *#0000# is says me version is :
V 2.50

Have u tried formatting another time? Or try changing sims?
