several questions from a new user

Hi, after several years playing and developping for palm an midp phones I've choosed a Sendo X as my new toy, but I have a lot of troubles...

1) the Ir doesn't seems to work, neither sending or receiving with a pc, palm or 6310i, bluettoth is ok, something to do rather than returning to the vendor ?
2) how do I really add something to the favourite screen ? the doc talk about an entry in options menu, but I see nothing in AvantGo (which I want to have in my favourites)
3) with the camcorder in high quality the sound is not recorded all the time, got some blanks instead
4) how do I remove that warning tone, I want my phone to be silent ! the only way that seems to work is to choose the silent profile, that's ok during a meeting but I want to ear the ring when I'm outside :
5) how do I install a .jar with sendo pc connect ? only found to copy to E: and use FExplorer to activate the installation

upgrading to the last firmware (french, expansys) doesn't fix these issues

2) how do I really add something to the favourite screen ? the doc talk about an entry in options menu, but I see nothing in AvantGo (which I want to have in my favourites) if the application is installed to your mmc/sd card it may not show so you can add it to your favorites. what you could try is creating a new pane then adding your applications there.

5) how do I install a .jar with sendo pc connect ? only found to copy to E: and use FExplorer to activate the installation that is about the only way to do it as it has been explained to me. i prefer this because it is quicker, but it is a hassle to remove your card every time you want to add something (of course - unless you want to wait for the file to transfer using bluetooh and the "browse" function in the sendo desktop software).
