I have a 3650 handset, that I relied on very heavily for contacts, calander etc...
Last Month, while in the middle of sending a Christmas Text to a Number of Friends the Phone Hung / Froze. I left it alone overnight, thinking it may be due to the Christmas Rush on the Networks, and that it would have finished sending the Text's by Morning.
However, next Morning the Phone was still in the same state, and was showing the "Message Sending" Logo on the Top Left of the Screen.
When I tryed to Enter the Message (or Any Menu) to Delete the Unsent Messages &/or Data, I get an Error Message telling me to Delete some Data!!!
The Problem is, that I can't Enter a Menu to Delete ANY Data.
The Memory Card is Totally Free, The SIM is Totally Free.
However the Phone shows only 115kb unused, which I was able to see when I (By Chance) Entered the Application Menu.
I have tried restarting the phone (by taking the battery out), and then starting the phone in "safe mode" (by holding down the ABC key, when starting up the phone).
But this has not worked.
Meanwhile the Phone is Apparently Still Stuck trying to Send those Christmas Messages...
PLEASE, PLEASE HELP.
