Some questions related to tones..

Hi all,

I wonder can I change the calendar alert tone and alarm alert tone -which are the same now- ?
I use just the phone for alarm clock like some other mates in another thread. I need my alarm tone to change in some intervals otherwise I get use to the tone and sleep without paying attention to the tone 😊

Also another thing I wonder is can I add vibration to the calendar alerts? The symbian phones I used (6600 and X) don't vibrate even in outdoors profile where all the levels are top and vibration is on. This is bad for me because these phones don't display a missed calendar alert message when you miss it and I don't have a strong memory 😞

From this post and many others it seems impossible to change the alarm tone.

Is it really impossible - has anyone tried? Surely the alarm tone is just a sound file somewhere on the phone, and its just a matter of replacing that??? :con?

Has anyone tried this??
