Well u can do two things!
One is uninstall all your software and
two type in *#7370# and erase ALL your data (programs and contacts)!
thanks, the *#7370# really did it.
do u know more codes like that ?
and how did u learn about that (if i can ask).

You learn them here, in the forums! You cannot believe the amout of information this web site has! Everything I know about this phone comes from here! 😃
i will pay attention 😊
thanks.

Malebuffy, I thought you were taking a break? I knew that wouldn't last long 😃
I did! didn't you notice? Yeah I gues it wasn't so long afterall! 😃
😮ops: Did you? 😮ops:
I've been away all weekend too (In the pub), I try and visit from the pub but there's only so much you can do on a 7650 screen after 10 pints and a bottle of sambuca. 😃
Ok, moving back on topic 😉
Does the format code delete all settings for alla programs too? Even if i uninstall my IM+ and then do a re-install it remembers my icq# and pass, do they all dissappear when using *#7370#?
Everything is lost!
It will delete all data and restore to factory settings (Like when you bought the phone)
or in my case not reboot at all !
best is,first remove all Java/Sis/Midi/Wav/Fotos/mp4.etc
Then be shure, that the batterie is full...
Then it sould work ok.

Did you wait long enough? It takes 1-5 minutes to format, when formatting there is just Nokia text in screen. If you stop formatting (take battery off), you might get contact service text in screen and there is not much to do yourself 😞
