format not supported

hi,
i wonder why when i try to insert a jpeg file for mms, it says object format not supported. it has nothing to do with image sizes, course i try them all.
i'm using nokia 7610
anyone can enlighten me??

Where did the JPEG file come from (what was it created with, how was it sent/copied to the phone)? Does a JPEG file coming from the phone's camera work OK (it should)?

ya the jpeg files are from my cam...
i think i screwed up my phone's system...
anyways thanks for the reply, i just formatted my phone and now it works fine again...
