anyone else having this problem - the back case seems to not fit 100% so when you press the keys the back case squeaks a bit ....a tad annoying !

Yes, mine did that straight out of the box. I had a serviette to hand so I cut a bit off, folded it up and used it to fill the gap between the case and the battery. It's not perfect now, but it is much better.
It is noise in the microphone all the time. You have to keep it very still and hold it precisely right so there are no extra noises (loud crackling).
1st comment I get "How much did that phone cost you?"

They all do that a little bit 😞 Mine is not so bad that it annoys me, but the quick answer if it does is always the old serviette / piece of paper on the back of the battery trick.
Mine doesn't. fits perfectly, just like it should do 😊

This is yet another example of poor build quality - admit it Stu the phone is lovely and wowed us all with its claims, but it's doomed to failure in every department.
I agree im not that hot on the build quality but I want to like the phone!
Anyway I paid �70 quid of ebay - plus I complained to the auction company managing the phones and they will send me another case ...like that will help 🙄
