Remove The 9500 battery

hi,
it maby sounds stupid but i have seriously problems with my Battery. the problem is that i can't remove it and i cant find anything in the manuall can som1 help me :redface:

Have you managed to remove the back cover? On my 9500 the little latch that holds the back cover in place was very stiff. I had to use something blunt to push the latch "in" and slide the cover off at the same time.

If you have the phone upright with the back facing you (and the battery cover off) use your finngernail and slide along the bottom of the battery. You should find that there's a small lip which allows you to pull the battery free.

yes i've got the cover off but not the battery its really stuck and i only see at the sim-card holder that er is a litte lip do you mean that ?
