Not displaying contact name when calling

When most of my contacts call their names show on both screens. However I have a certain number (my home number) that will not show the name.

I have tried it as its own contact, with the name home in first and last .. only shows the fone number when it calls ..

have tried is as a telephone number as part of another contact .. still only shows the fone number when it calls ..

maybe you have the phone number in more then one contact at the same time...

Maybe you placed your home phone number in your "My contact card". Try removing it. 😊

in my case,when i send the sms from the front panel(without opening the phone),in sent item it will only show the number instead the name of the recepient.

but from the inside(with the phone panel open) everything is fine.sent item will show the name.

any ideas why?.many thanks...

I'm experiencing the same problem. Other people say it has something to do with the firmware. Let's hope the new firmware version will solve that problem.
