MP3 playback problem Sendo x

I have loaded via PC connect 2 MP files to my phone. At first I could listen to them via the speaker and / or the headphones. But now I can only hear playback via the headphones. I notice a letter P in the indicator field at the top but this isnt included in the most commonindicator list in the manual. Note there is no sign of mute unmute control in options and pressing joypad up/down dosent help only speeds up playback Can anyone help please?

ur probably in p2 when u cant listen thru ur speakers, the P sign shows u which profile ur in. p1=general p2=mute p3=bla bla and so on. switch to another profile and u should be able to listen thru the built-in speakers

Thanks for your response. I have looked a little closer and find it actually shows P1 on the status bar so I am in the General profile. Speaker works fine for every thing else games, calls but not for MP3s! As I say there is no Mute/unmute option available under options that I can see. I have looked everywher through the menus on the phone and read the manual but no clues anyone else got any ideas?

Have you definitely got the playback volume in the MP3 player turned up? (by pressing the joypad to the right??)
