Is is possible to remove the handsfree rubber plug without damaging it? I find it very hard to remove my plug when I need to put the headphones in. I have no idea why its so hard, I need a knife to get it out! If i remove it can I put it back in?

Mine just fell out the first time I tried to put in headphones. I haven't bothered trying to put it back - I must put it somewhere safe!
I don't see why they put a cover over the headphone jack but not over the usb port.
so does anyone know if it can be removed and later replaced if taken out? I feel like i'm gonna rip the rubber if i pull it out too hard
Actually, I just checked mine (it 'fell' out the first time I used it) and the small nodule that is supposed to attach it is broken. However, you can put the plug back in at it is held in place by virtue of the big nodule that plugs into the jack itself.
Thus I think you might rip it if you try to pull it out.
