i'm wondering if there is a known way
to make the device not to boot anymore.

in other words: make the device fails in boot
(kill the device)

Throw it down the stairs.

😃 😃

1: Buy a flash box and wipe the memory, that should do the trick. (expensive)

2: Open it up and cut some random wires (Price of some screw drivers and wire cutters)

3: Play heads and volleys in your local park (Free)

take out the battery!!!
😃

I'm not sure why anyone would want to do this but.

Backup all of your C: & D: drive then it's just a case of trial and error removing files and see if any of them affect the boot up.

I think the boot-up files will be kept in the Z: drive though.

What are you trying to achieve?

youll have to wait a fortnight tho ! they take it in and then discover they cant fix it ( I hope anyhow ) tehn give ya a new one !

But good things come to those who wait !

I doubt Nokia would give you a new phone!, they'd just wipe & re-install everything.

*cough* insurance claim *cough*

J,

I think it should be around 10-15 pounds.. There was a discussion on spare parts prices.. (gone too deep into the forum 😊 )... Why dont you visit you friendly neighbourhood NSC and find out 😉 You can tell us then...
