Essentially the role is supporting the US user base as we move forward with the Hand Held Security project globally. Responsible for ensuring 1st/2nd level Service Desk teams are knowledgeable of the systems and being an escalation point for them. Researching issues, liaising with third party suppliers and working as part of a team to ensure the end users, business and IT requirements are considered and met where appropriate.
�Exchange Server & Outlook client administration
�Pocket PC, Palm, Symbian OS support
�GPRS, 3G data support
�2nd/3rd line support experience (i.e. a Service/Helpdesk environment)
�Windows NT, XP
�Credant Mobile Guardian
�Exchange 2003 service ActiveSync (OTA)
