i am facing the following error while compiling any application for the S60 SDK 2nd edition with support for FP2 by using CodeWarrior:
Error : Symbian Resource - ERROR: Must set the EPOCROOT environment variable BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2_CW\epoc32\tools/E32env.pm line 51. Compilation failed in require at C:\Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2_CW\epoc32\tools/epocrc.pl line 27. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2_CW\epoc32\tools/epocrc.pl line 27.
i have three other SDKs installed on my machine (1.2, 2.0, 2.1) and all are working fine except for this. i tried reseting the epocroot manually from the system env variables in Contro Panel but id didnt work. i tried also to change the default SDK path from the command prompt by using the following command:
devices -setdefault @name
but it did nothing either.
any suggestions???
