Hi everybody,
I just got my new 6630 and I wanted to check my firmware and IMEI, but I don't know how to enter codes: I type #06# and then the the green key (call) on the left. Is it correct? cause I get requesting .... request not completed.
Is it something to do with the operator (o2 germany)
Thanks for you help and for this great forum.

to check only the IMEI, press *#06#
to check the firmware, press *#0000#
I've just forgot the * before. Thanks for your quick reply

If you getting the IMEI for unlocking purposes for a Calc program I wouldent bother.
Like your name says, you'd better unplug from this forum
I meant nothing from it but the last thing we need is another post saying
"Ive tried x codes and now its saying NOT ALLOWED" or "I tried buying a code from <insert site here> and it doesent work"
You dident say what you were using it for so its just a friendly heads up.
Blimey, everyone's well touchy in here aint they?
Tell me about it 😞
The amount of posts ive seen (not on here) asking how to get the IMEI number only to be followed 2 days later with
"I triEd tHe unLOck calCUlaTOr at blar blar blar abo0ut 20 time and noW it says NOT ALLOWED what does this mean" still never fails to amaze me.
*#2820# shows your Bluetooth MAC about as much use as a chocolate fire guard but there you go.
use this guide.. it has many codes and all for series 60
