6630 Keep getting "system fault -1"

I've installed an app called "push to talk" just to test it and that app screwed up my phone real bad.
Now whenever i enter a new menu or start the phone it keeps telling me theres a "system fault -1" error message?? how the heck can i get the phone back to normal operation? (and yes i have tried the default factory settings and that doesnt help)
So my question is: Is there any other way to "format c:" on this phone if you know what i mean?

when you reboot, press 'call' button + number '3' or '2' key + '*' key. hold it until you see a blink from the nokia screen. that should do it.

Thank you for that information Didn't try it , i think i solved the problem by myself.
i'll post how, incase anyone is interessted,:

Ii hooked up my phone with PC suite and did a safety backup phone from computer and then after that the phone was ok...puh lucky me having a backup from last week.
