Can't see pictures taken with a moto v525

Hi all!

I'm having problems in receiving pictures taken with a motorola v525.
When I open the MMS this error is displayed: "Unable to display message. Select 'Objects' in options menu for details"! Okay, in the objects I can see that there is a photo with 5kB, but when I try to open the image, the error is displayed: "Unable to open image"!
What can I do to see the pictures? Note that other type of media, like animated images, sended by that motorola to my sendo x, I can see them correctly.

what format is the file?

Can you get the image to your PC (transfer it or send it via MMS to your email account) & post it here (if it is not too personal - or take another non-personal photo & post it so that we can get the format settings)
