My 3650 phone sometime (one time a day) restarts automatically unusual, but all phone's functions and applications work well. I installed many program (over 50 symbian app and Java app 🙄 ). Is there a problem in software (firmware) or in hardware on my phone ?

Maybe is right time to cleanup your phone and make full format *#7370#
Its the phones way of coping up with conflicts or hardship in processing information, just like a computer, it will freeze or crash given tons of processings. I would attribute your phones situation mainly on opened apps on startup. Try to lessen the programs loaded when you boot, as for me, i only use programs i really need, not what looks nice and progs i WILL NEED later, but really essential programs. Remember the 36xxs internal memory is small and a couple dozen of installed apps, even if you install in the mmc leaves some files in your internal memory. Simplify, maximize, utilize. Cheers.
