help: phone restarting

my phone beeps and gives me a message that the phone will restart. im thinking about going to NSC to get the phone flashed. would that solve the problem?

it is a nokia 7650 and doing the above doesnt solve the problem.

Than go to somebody which have DCT4 flashing equipment and do full flashing (firmware update)
