Hi Guys,

Would like to know whether is it me or is the device. Do you feel that pictures taken in 'Normal' quality is much more vibrant than 'High' quality? I somehow noticed that picture taken in high quality has a slight cyan tone whereas pictures taken in Normal (although smaller) does not have the cyan effect.

Any comments?

i dont think so however i will test it tomorrow and will post. its night here and photos aren't bright in night time with 7710. it needs lots of light.

hey powerpuff, i taken few pics for comparsion and this is not the case. picture quality of "high" setting is better then normal and low mode. i don't find any difference, you want me to post some samples?

Cool! I'm glad it was me and not the phone 😊 Can you post up the pictures and also tell me any tips you have (i.e. adjusting the Contrast and Brightness) when taking the photos?

frankly i have not played much with contras and brightness settings however one thing is for sure if there is too much light then you should lower bright ness and contras and if there is low amount of light there increasing bright ness will help. well 7710 camera is poor in conditions where there is little light. its only good for day time or there are focus lights available on objects.

ppl thnk mega, 1 megapixel camera.
if u have had a 7610 ur bound 2 know this.
with d 7710 d resolution of images with basic/normal setting is 640x480(not megapixel) & with high setting d resolution is 1152x864(1megapixel).
an image with resolution 640x480 will always look better on d phn screen.
an image with megapixel resolution will not look gr8 on ur phn screen bt will look gr8 on ur pc or if u get it printd at Kodak.
a printout of an image with 640x480 resolution will look horrible compared to a megapixel image.
tht is wht megapixel is all about.

hey guys I am thinking of getting a 7710 when they're out in OZ, why did you choose it over other phones? How do you think it compares in terms of logic, usability and standby time. Thanks

The phone is very easy to get on with, not that much difference with normal PC, double click to activate program, menu on the top left hand side. loads of functions, really good for me as it opens powerpoint presentaion and word files. in terms of standby hours i find it actually quite good, standby for 4 days without too much usage and 2 days easily.

Can you edit your word and powerpoint presentations? How do you make phone calls? Thanks 😊

thrz a thread hr whr d 7710 :icon14: is compared wth d p910i :icon13:

btw, i swapped my p910i 4 d 7710 😎 do i have 2 say d wrds
