Hi All,
I try to save my contacts to the memory card, by backing up the phone memory. After I've done so I click memory details, and it says 0 kb with contacts, so it hasn't worked. Can anyony give me any advice here?
Thanx,
Draht.

Hi Apocalypso,
Thanks for your response, but I'm not sure what you mean....
cVcard.......................?
Sprite back up..........?
Hope you'll explain soon!

They're third party backup apps other than nokias built in backup program. Try booting in safe mode first, check as well if you have enough internal memory left. The first one normally does the trick. Well at least its effective on mine. 😉 Cheers.

It will say 0kb with contacts when you look at memory usage because the backup is not rcognised as contact information, all the files that are backed up are stored in an Backup.arc file in the E:\Backup directory of your mmc.
So don't worry the backup probably has happened, if the the 'Restore from card' option is available then it has. The memory usage display will only show contact data size of a 'Contacts.cdb' file, which is only on your phone memory or C:\ drive.

No need for third party apps just yet 😊
