whats 3gp? i have .3gp files which real player cant play them. can someone plz tell me which apps play those formats? perferably freeware.

It is an MPEG-4 video format defined for use in MMS messages (Multimedia Message Service).
On a PC the Nokia Multimedia Player can play them (you can get it as part of PC Suite from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite, or separately). The latest Quicktime from Apple can, too. Probably newer versions of the Real Player as well, but I haven't tried a new version in a while.
thanks, but i want to play them on my 6670. real player doesnt. so im looking for a software that would do that. any ideas??
real player doesnt play .3gp files? :s i thought it did.. my 7610 does play them..
The phone should play them all right (you didn't state that in your original post, and people usually don't have problems with that, but rather with how to play them on a PC).
What (software name, version & settings) were the .3gp files originally created with (record or converted)? It seems as if the recording/conversion wasn't done correctly, with wrong settings or a buggy app. What exactly the reason is, is impossible to determine without more details (or a sample .3gp file you have problems with).
Does any one know to create a tracklist for .3gp files in Nokia 6670. i tried using real player in the mobile but i wasw not able to do that.
