Actually no, it's just a very good photoshop, but given Nokia's product cycles, it's a a fair chance that there'll be a new N-Gage model at some point in 2005. So have a look at the pictures here and ask yourself if adding a 1.3 mega pixel camera, and a landscape sized screen (which means using the latest version of Serries 60) is something Nokia would do with the N-gage?

Problem is, even if it's close to that, it'll cost $400 - $500, and won't sell. Sony is willing to take a huge loss on each PSP they sell. It paid off for Microsoft, as they now have a nice comfy number 2 spot. Can Nokia deliver the goods, but take a loss to saturate the market?
They also might be rethinking the whole N-Gage line all together. Between the DS, and the PSP - I think 2005 - 2006 is going to be the year of the handheld, and I wouldn'ty be surprised if Nokia decided it didn't want to compete anymore
It looks cool, but didn't really like the picture much. (but Photoshop quality's not bad)
