I just purchased a P910a with CDA162005/9 firmware. This is apparently the "South America" version whereas the CDA162005/8 is the "North America" version. I'm in the US.
The only language differene I saw listed was Canadian French for the NA version, which I don't care about. Is that the *ONLY* difference between the phones? Is there something about the text recognition or anything else that's different between these firmwares?
How would I go about changing the firmware on the phone?
Last question. The phone came with software version R3A04. SE says that the latest firmware for this phone is R2A17. Did my phone come with a newer firmware than what's on the site?
