I have a 9500 and this has just started appearing in the summary log whenever I try to synchronise: "The SyncML Client has not responded'
I've downloaded the latest verison of Nokia PC Suite (6.41.6) and installed it but it still occurs. I have rebooted the phone, and also re-initialised my calendar database ( another forum member suggested it was a corrupt calendar file ( Communicator\System\Data\Calendar) but this didn't make any difference.
I have tried changing the settings under the Synchronisation properties of only Calendar Synchronisation, or only Contacts, but neither makes any difference.
I'm not sure what else to try.......using XP and Outlook....latest service pack. Any clues anyone?
Synchronisation Headache
I had the same problem and it seems it was because I had other synchronisation software (for S-E P910i). When I unistalled both and reinstalled first the Nokia suite, it worked again.

Well, Tiramisu, hats off to you. I checked my XP machine and I had a version of Microsoft Activesync installed from a prevoius PDA. I uninstalled it and things just started working.
