Delete file(s) in c:\System\Apps\Phone\oplogo and restart the phone.

Use FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/) to do it.

If that doesn't help (or there are no files in the abovementioned directory), then your operator has most likely locked/restricted the operator logo for your phone.
