I am new to the Nokia 6600.
I have everything setup nicely - but.......
Why does the phone ask me to;
Select access point:
...and list my GPRS and MMS access profiles?
I don't know what or why it's trying to connect.
Doing my head in!

the phone needs to know the GPRS access points so you can do things like send mms/email messages, access wap and surf the web.
eg on vodafone, there are three different ones.
you can get hold of these settings at the nokia configurator page

once they are set up, the messages will stop appearing 😉
