How to extract theme1 from Nokia 7710?

As I have format my 7710 and lost my another theme now my frd brought N7710
I want to know that how to extract the theme from it.

Given that your themes are stored in the Z: drive, which i presume you don't have access to, have you tried downloading the SDK to see if the themes are with the emulator.
