To all pros out there i jus bought a 512 mmc and i like to abckup all the file and app from my 64 mmc to 512. but i found a problem that i cant backup the systems file cause i cant broswer it from my comp.
Pls anyone out there advise me or show me the thread.
I believe someone have posted it b4 but i cant find the thread so pls show me... .thx...

yes it can back up the ringtone and those picture but it cant backup the application and game i have installed. example current memory 54mb when i do a backup using the pc suit it only copies 20mb which is the mp3, photos and the ringtone.
i know using the card reader also can back up the files but when i load it into the card reader it cant read the mmc.
But i tried reading my new mmc and it can be read by the card reader.
pls someone pls advise me is there a software to broswer the full file including the systems file in the mmc for my phone which is N6670.
I tried other software that can broswer the file using pc but it dosent work cause incompatable phone.

Have you tried a restore? It is possible that the pc suite is compressing the backup file. But there does seem to be some problem since the card reader is not reading the mmc, maybe pc suite also cannot read everything. Are you sure your phone is working ok? Try using another friend's card reader and see. Original nokia mmc cards, being factory formatted do have some problems with some card readers. But mine read/copied ok.

hey i foound a way to restore all my file on my mmc already for those who got the same problem can read it but troublesome.
1. u can actually copy everything from the systems files. so this is wat i do.
i copy all the systems file to nokia other folder. and i use the datacable to copy out all the sys files t my harddisk. then i reformat my 512 mmc with my comp. and i insert it back to the phone to let the phone to create the folder required by the phone. then i take out the 512 and insert into the card reader. and copy the system files from my hdd to the 512 mmc. insert back the 5512 mmc again.... walah... it can work all my application and game are restore and the default proram which is inside the nokia 64 mmc.
