Saving contacts?

I want to do a full format on my 6600 and OBVIOUSLY want to save my contacts first but when I try to copy contacts to SIM it will only copy some of them. Should I be copying them to the memory card instead?

I have tried looking on the forum but I`m a bit confused so take pity on a noob and run me through it step by step!!!

Thank you!!!

U cant move all contacts to sim beacuse sim dont support multiple contacts and u can move only contacts which have one numeber per contact.

If u wont to backup your contacts you can do it at many diffrent way, there is two official way, Pc suitem, or make Phone meme backup form mmc card submenu.

Or u can do with some 3rd party soft like sVcard, Contacts mange, Sprite backup, etc..

Or u can do it manualy, I have solution for File in use error and working to put that in detailed guide..

Just select the 'Extras' folder, then select the '<e,ory' icon, then press 'Options' and choose 'Backup phone mem.'. This will backup your contacts, calendar and a few other things to your mmc. After your format choose the 'Restore from card' option.

Hope that helps.
