I can't format my 6630! Help!

I have a 6630 that I lent to a friend. I am trying to reformat it and I don't have the lock code! He is unavailable and I am stuck with a locked phone! Any ideas?

The default lock code (is printed in the phone's User's Guide) and is 12345.

If you have changed or forgotten it, then only an authorized Nokia service center can help.
